    My room had an excellent view of the Yokohama bay. The hotel is in close proximity of metro and JR and a large shopping area with a lot of resturants.

    I think for the price the gym should be included. Also the room that I was given first was smelly and the carpets were very old. I complained and the changed my room right away.

    Very good breakfast (even if expensive...). Nice view from sea-side rooms. Good position, very close to Minatomirai underground station and to Sakuragicho JR station.

    The room offered stunning views of Yokohama Harbor, and the breakfast buffet had an amazing selection that catered to both Western and Japanese tastes.

    The staff were very friendly and efficient, and spoke excellent english

    The room was a little bit 'tired', with stains on the carpet / walls. Also, on the hotel website it was not clear that the swimming pool facilities were not free for hotel guests. Tha is, under 'Club Facilities' it mentions pool, exercise room, sauna and jacuzzi and the cost; however under 'entertainment and recreation' it mentions an indoor pool, with no mention of cost, and i assumed this was separate to the 'club facilities' pool, which is isnt.
